The Vector Accelerator is a 6-month done-with-you install of the Vector OS™ — the Operating System (OS) for your business, tailored to your offers, your pipeline, and how your business actually runs. Built for solo founders and small service businesses up to $500K ready to break through their ceiling.
You run a service business — coaching, consulting, agency, fractional — doing up to about $500K a year.
You’ve hit a ceiling. You want to break through it, not inch past it.
You have the cash, the cashflow, and the commitment to bet on your next 12 months.
You’re done trying to figure this out alone in courses, forums, and YouTube rabbit holes.
You want someone in your corner who’s been in yours — operator to operator, not consultant to client.
You’re willing to show up for six months of real work. We’ll move as fast as you do.
No tiers. No upsells. One price, everything included — so you can stop shopping and start moving.
We build the Vector OS™ in your Notion workspace — all three layers: Business Design & Context, Ops Structure & Process, and Integrated AI — and customize each one to your offers, your pipeline, your team, and how your business actually runs. Not a template dump. Not a consultant handoff. A working operating system configured around your business, installed alongside you, so when month six ends, you own it and know how to run it.
A 50-minute focused working session each month — six total — on the OS areas and growth decisions that matter most right now.
Drop in any week. Open Zoom. Work alongside Ian and the other Accelerator founders on whatever’s live in your business.
Send a Loom when a question comes up — get a detailed one back on your schedule. No scheduling tax. No three-week delay.
One live group session each month with every active Accelerator founder in the same room. Cross-pollinate the hard problems. See how others are running the OS.
A private forum for founders actively in the program. Share wins, debug stuck decisions, swap playbooks.
Prospect research, meeting prep, proposals, outbound, CRM hygiene, content. Pre-wired into your OS. Running on day one.
The training — and the actual weekly, monthly, and quarterly rhythm — that keeps the business moving when you’re not staring at it.
Introductions, referrals, and Guild access — alongside founders running ahead of you.
It’s a simple bet. If you use the system we install for you and the Accelerator doesn’t pay for itself twice over in the six months after we finish — we keep working with you at no additional cost until it does.
We don’t take on founders we don’t believe we can deliver this for. That’s why every applicant gets a call first.
We build the OS in your workspace. Diagnose where the business is, where the bottlenecks are, and where the leverage is. You leave the first two weeks with a clear plan for the months ahead.
Every month follows the same simple pattern — a topical 1:1, a review of the business inside the OS, and a clear set of priorities loaded into the system so they actually get done.
Between sessions: unlimited office hours, Loom async support, monthly group Q&A, and the peer forum — all keeping momentum between your 1:1s.
The exact arc adapts to your business, but most engagements move through the five disciplines in roughly this order:
By the end of the Accelerator, you’ve developed and operationalized all five business disciplines — Marketing, Sales, Client Delivery, Finance, and Management — running through the three layers of the OS.
Since 2015, Vector has helped founder-led businesses level up. Three clients have landed on Inc Magazine’s fastest-growing list. More have doubled revenue, hit a number they’d been stuck under for years, or finally sold the business on their own terms. Most of that work doesn’t make headlines — it’s the founder who stops being the bottleneck and starts running a business that actually moves.
“Every step we’ve implemented together has exceeded my expectations. I’ve been able to increase my average client engagement by 25% and attract higher-paying clients.”— Accelerator founder
“Ian is a brilliant business conceptualizer and strategist. His ideas are crisp and well-developed. The operational foundation I needed to scale.”— Accelerator founder
“A rare combination of strategist and get-er-done ability. Extremely effective, high value, and great results.”— Accelerator founder
“A true expert with a proven track record of success.”— Accelerator founder
Go to thevectoros.com — that’s where Ian works inside businesses as a fractional operator.
The Accelerator moves fast and expects you to move with it.
We’d rather you come back in six months than take on a program that stretches you thin.
Vector is built for coaches, consultants, agencies, advisors, and fractional leaders. Product, SaaS, and physical-goods businesses aren’t the right fit.
We install the system and coach you hard. You still have to show up.
Most coaching gives you talk. Most masterminds give you accountability. Neither gives you the system your business runs on.
The Accelerator is different — it’s a done-with-you install and customization of the operating system itself, scaffolded by monthly 1:1s, unlimited office hours, async Loom support, and a peer group actively using it alongside you. By the end, you own the machine, not just the playbook.
A lot more than a typical coaching program. You get a 50-minute 1:1 every month (six total), unlimited office hours you can drop into any week, Loom async support (send a Loom, get one back), a monthly group Q&A with the other Accelerator founders, and a private peer-to-peer forum — plus the done-with-you OS install led by Ian himself.
You’re working with Ian directly, alongside a small group of founders going through it with you.
If the investment doesn’t pay for itself 2× in the six months following the engagement — and you’ve been actively using the OS we built — we keep working with you at no additional cost until it does.
The OS-usage condition matters: the system can’t deliver returns sitting in a tab you never open. We don’t take on clients we don’t believe we can deliver this for, which is why we talk to every applicant before saying yes.
Yes. Six monthly payments of $4,000 is the default. If you’d rather pay in full up front, it’s $22,000 — a $2,000 discount for covering the risk on our end.
The OS runs in Notion — but it connects cleanly with the rest of your stack (CRM, calendar, email, AI tools). We don’t force you to rip and replace. We build for how your business actually works today.
After the program you own the OS, the rhythms, and the skills — most Accelerator alumni don’t need more. A few continue with Ian on a lighter advisory basis. We’ll figure out what’s right for your business at the end of month six, not before.
We take a small number of Accelerator clients at a time. Typical start is 2–4 weeks from the application call. If there’s a waitlist, we’ll tell you on the call.
Good problem. We’ll finish what we started — and then talk about whether it makes sense to move the conversation over to thevectoros.com, where the work shifts into embedded fractional leadership.

Ian has spent 15+ years as a founder and COO — building, fixing, and scaling service businesses from the inside. Three of his clients have landed on Inc Magazine’s fastest-growing list. More have doubled revenue, broken through ceilings they’d been stuck under for years, or sold on their own terms. He started Vector to hand founders the same systems — so they don’t have to figure it out alone.
Why Vector exists: Most founders don’t fail because they lack vision or talent. They fail because they’re the bottleneck in every system they’ve built. The Accelerator exists to take you out of that role — so you actually own the business you built, instead of being worked by it.
Book a 30-minute Accelerator call. We’ll walk through where your business is now, where you want it to go, and whether this is the right move for your next six months. If it’s a yes, we start in 2–4 weeks.
Past $500K in revenue? The conversation shifts — embedded operational leadership, a dedicated Install Sprint, and Ian working inside your business as a fractional operator. thevectoros.com →
