We build the OS in your workspace. Diagnose where the business is, where the bottlenecks are, and where the leverage is. You leave the first two weeks with a clear plan for the months ahead.

Every month follows the same simple pattern — a topical 1:1, a review of the business inside the OS, and a clear set of priorities loaded into the system so they actually get done.

Every month:

  1. A topical 1:1 with Ian. 50 focused minutes on whichever area of the OS and the business needs your attention most this month.
  2. Review the business in the OS. Together, in the system itself. Pipeline, sales, delivery, team, cash. We look at what the OS is telling us.
  3. Set the next priorities. Decide what moves between now and next session. Load it into the OS so it actually gets done.

What does the 200% ROI guarantee actually mean?

If the investment doesn’t pay for itself 2× in the six months following the engagement — and you’ve been actively using the OS we built — we keep working with you at no additional cost until it does.

The OS-usage condition matters: the system can’t deliver returns sitting in a tab you never open. We don’t take on clients we don’t believe we can deliver this for, which is why we talk to every applicant before saying yes.

Can I pay monthly instead of flat?

Yes. Six monthly payments of $4,000 is the default. If you’d rather pay in full up front, it’s $22,000 — a $2,000 discount for covering the risk on our end.

Do I have to use Notion?

The OS runs in Notion — but it connects cleanly with the rest of your stack (CRM, calendar, email, AI tools). We don’t force you to rip and replace. We build for how your business actually works today.

What if I need someone to keep helping after the 6 months?

After the program you own the OS, the rhythms, and the skills — most Accelerator alumni don’t need more. A few continue with Ian on a lighter advisory basis. We’ll figure out what’s right for your business at the end of month six, not before.

How quickly can I start?

We take a small number of Accelerator clients at a time. Typical start is 2–4 weeks from the application call. If there’s a waitlist, we’ll tell you on the call.

What if I scale past $500K during the program?

Good problem. We’ll finish what we started — and then talk about whether it makes sense to move the conversation over to thevectoros.com, where the work shifts into embedded fractional leadership.
